2.Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant field (College/Diploma acceptable for survey positions).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Prepare all required application documents, including:

Original health certificate (valid for no more than six months)

Two original personal resumes with local authority verification (valid for no more than six months)

Photocopies of ID card and household registration book (certified copies)

Photocopies of degrees and certificates (certified copies)

Academic transcripts from college, vocational school, or university

Complete the “Candidate Profile Form” as per the company’s template, available on the company’s website.

Application review: Based on job requirements and the positions to be filled, the company will review applications and shortlist qualified candidates. (Note: Unsuccessful applications will not be returned.)

Invitation to the recruitment exam: Shortlisted candidates will be invited (via letter or phone call) to participate in the recruitment exam for the applied or assigned position.

For professional positions: The exam will assess professional knowledge and expertise.

For direct labor positions: Candidates will participate in hands-on assessments to evaluate technical skills.

Evaluation of exam results:

Exams will be graded, and high-scoring candidates meeting the requirements will be selected.

Depending on the hiring needs, either a selected number of top-scoring candidates or all candidates meeting the required score will proceed.

Candidates with successful exam results will be invited for a direct interview with the company’s recruitment panel.

Probation period:

After the interview, selected candidates will undergo a probation period at relevant departments, company branches, or subsidiaries.

The probation period will follow legal regulations.

Completion of probation and official employment:

Upon completing the probation period, candidates must submit a probation report as per the company’s template.

Candidates who pass the evaluation will be officially employed under a 12-month labor contract.
