On the afternoon of April 21, 2025, in Hanoi, A2Z Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company organized an internal training program on the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the design of transportation infrastructure projects.
The training session was attended by a team of highly experienced design engineers, structural simulation engineers, modeling and project data management specialists, along with nearly 100 internal design engineers.

The content of the training session included current issues in the transportation construction industry, fundamental concepts and knowledge of BIM, and methods for applying BIM technology in practice, as well as addressing and resolving difficulties encountered during project surveying, design, and construction of projects.
Mr. Mai Manh Hong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of A2Z Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, emphasized: “BIM is not just a tool for managing design and construction work, but also an optimal solution for effective collaboration among relevant parties throughout the entire project lifecycle”.
Additionally, A2Z is oriented toward cooperating with leading experts and technology partners from China, Europe, and Japan in the field of BIM, to absorb international experience, refine training programs, and move toward comprehensive standardization and professionalization.
In parallel with enhancing the capacity of its workforce, A2Z has also proactively and strongly invested in infrastructure to support surveying, design, and construction activities. The company has accelerated the acquisition of modern surveying and field measurement systems that are integrated with the BIM platform according to international standards. The application of BIM enables precise determination of workloads and materials from the planning stage, helping to optimize costs, allocate resources efficiently, control risks, and ensure project timelines.
Through this training program, A2Z’s engineering team has been equipped with practical knowledge and experience in BIM to serve their professional expertise, contributing to improved quality and efficiency in their work. This initiative is also a strategic preparation step to affirm A2Z’s long-term commitment to contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects, especially the North-South high-speed railway, thereby contributing to the remarkable development of Vietnam’s transportation sector in the future.
