On June 7, 2025, FC A2Z Design Consulting, representing A2Z Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, participated in the “DEOCA Cup – 40 years” football tournament in the Northern region. The event was organized by our partners, DEOCA Group, to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

The tournament attracted the participation of 6 teams from member units and partners of DEOCA Group: FC DEOCA Group & Bac Giang – Lang Son joint team (Combined team of DEOCA Group & Bac Giang – Lang Son Enterprise); FC A2Z Design Consulting; FC Tam Diep – Dien Chau; FC Dai Phong Consulting JSC; FC DCG Hanoi Office; and FC ICV Vietnam.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Tuan, Deputy General Director of DEOCA Group and representative of the Organizing Committee, shared: “The tournament is an opportunity for the units to interact, share, and together spread a spirit of solidarity, while also igniting the sportsmanship of the ‘DEOCA people’ and our partners: Honesty, friendliness, and seriousness. This is not only a playground for health training but also an opportunity to inspire positive energy toward the Group’s proud 40th-anniversary milestone”.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the official matches kicked off in an exciting and vibrant atmosphere. Taking the field in a striking yellow-orange uniform, the A2Z team consisted of players who were staff and employees from various departments within the company. The team entered the competition with confidence, displaying disciplined play, cohesive coordination, and a fair-play spirit, remaining steadfast against all opponents.
With enthusiastic support from the cheering squad, FC A2Z concluded its journey with a third-place finish, leaving a strong impression of determination, solidarity, and a professional competitive image on the field.

The captain of FC A2Z, Mr. Pham Minh Thang, a specialist from the Planning Department, shared: “We are not just competing; we are together building the A2Z culture: aspiration, perseverance, and gratitude”. He believes that this very spirit has fostered a friendly and cohesive work environment and promoted a movement of training, cooperation, and mutual support within the entire team.
