In early 2025, A2Z Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (A2Z) organized a specialized business trip to China, bringing its key personnel to study and conduct on-site surveys of metro line construction technology utilizing Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM). This significant activity is part of the strategic plan of A2Z to prepare a high-quality workforce, and ready to participate in the key national project – the North-South High-Speed Railway.
During the expedition, the A2Z delegation was introduced to modern TBM tunneling processes, observed on-site operations, and participated in further discussions with local technical experts. TBM technology, with its ability to ensure safe and efficient construction in densely populated urban environments, presents a suitable technical solution for the construction of high-speed railway lines through the complex terrain of Vietnam.

In addition to enhancing the capabilities of its personnel, A2Z has also proactively invested significantly in infrastructure to support surveying, design, and construction activities. Specifically:
- Equipping an advanced system of measurement and field survey equipment, adhering to international standards.
- Implementing digital technology-based design simulation tools, integrating the Building Information Modeling (BIM) platform to optimize the design process and enhance coordination between specialized areas.
- Increasing the digitalization of topographical, geological, and related technical data, to support accurate decision-making in large-scale projects.
The adoption of international best practices and strategic investments in technology and human resources from A2Z represent the long-term commitment to contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly the North–South high-speed railway—an emblem of future breakthrough in transportation development of Vietnam.
