- Investment in high-tech equipment for topographic and geological surveys, and the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for digital design.
Measuring and 3D mapping procedures using LiDAR devices attached to the UAVs
- Organize learning expeditions in China to acquire up-to-date knowledge on Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) technology for metro construction.
- Provide in-depth training for approximately 100 engineers, transitioning the consulting service model towards digitalization and international standards.
