Developing expertise in modern underground transportation projects
To proactively meet the growing trend of underground urban infrastructure development in major cities, A2Z JSC. has sent a group of engineers to participate in an intensive training program in China. China is currently operating some of the most modern metro projects in Asia, making it an ideal location for this specialized training.
The selected engineers possess strong professional capabilities and practical experience from their involvement in key projects. Following the program, they will be responsible for disseminating this knowledge by organizing internal training sessions for design and technical departments, as well as other relevant units. This initiative aims to enhance the overall competency of the entire A2Z system in deploying modern underground transportation projects.

Objectives:
This training program aims to achieve the following specific objectives:

Technology Updates: Provide comprehensive updates on Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) construction technology—a modern, precise, and safe solution for underground infrastructure development.

Enhanced Practical Access: Strengthen the ability to access operational TBM lines in real-world settings, covering everything from design and site organization to quality and environmental management.

Resource Preparation: Develop a pool of highly specialized engineers ready to participate in metro, station, and other underground infrastructure bid packages.

Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of acquired knowledge to specialized departments within the company, thereby contributing to sustainable internal capabilities.
Scope of Practical training
The program is conducted at two primary locations:

Guangzhou – Dongguan – Shenzhen Urban Railway Project: Specializes in TBM technology training at active construction sites.

Long Thanh Station Project: Focuses on specialized training in the organization of underground station construction.
Learning occurs in both classroom settings and directly on construction sites, enabling A2Z engineers to gain deep understanding, clear insights, and hands-on experience.
